At the village or neighborhood scale, a Local Flow Fund is like a spring-fed pond - a place to gather, nourish, and offer.
It channels capital from many sources to turn scattered funding streams into one living flow.These funds track not transactions, but relationships: Who nourishes whom, what dreams are being watered, how gratitude circulates back into the community.The Local Flow Fund is designed to break capitalism’s scarcity spell by revealing and circulating a community’s existing abundance. Rather than chasing external funding or competing for limited grants, the Flow Fund senses coherence—where trust, creativity, and collaboration already want to move—and directs small, flexible resources to unblock those natural flows. Through the Planetary Party Protocol, the people are the channels.
