Privacy note
What we collect
When you join through the Origin welcome page we collect your email address, and your name and region only if you choose to give them. Email is the one thing we ask for; the rest is optional.
Why we collect it
We use your email to send you the gathering invitation, the dates once they are set, and occasional news about the Planetary Party. Nothing else. We do not sell or share your details.
Where it is stored
Signups are stored in a private Google Sheet held in the Planetary Party's own Google account. Access is limited to the people who run the list.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as the Planetary Party list is active. If the list is retired, we remove them. You can ask us to remove you sooner at any time.
How to be removed
Write to info@planetaryparty.com and ask us to remove you, and we will take you off the list. That inbox is monitored by the Planetary Party team who run the list.
