Bioregional regeneration, woven into a federation, funded by catalytic capital.

The framing
This page is meant to be read slowly. The five-phase loop above is the work of regenerative coordination across a federation of bioregions. The four doorways below are four distinct relationships with that work, not four versions of the same ask. Read the one that matches your capital. The others stay open for the rest of the ecosystem.
The doorways
Four doorways. One protocol.
Two doorways sit on the charitable rail through Kinship Earth. One sits on the investment rail through the Nalu’ea Living Trust. The fourth is scaffold; it brings craft instead of cash. Foundation officers, PRI desks, impact LPs, and aligned network partners each find their own threshold. The protocol is the same. The relationship is yours to choose.
Pathway 01
Kinship EarthCatalytic Grant
Foundation program officers
Catalytic philanthropy that seeds the infrastructure and stewardship of a bioregion before any other capital arrives. Grants flow through Kinship Earth, a 501(c)(3) with a four-year ledger of trust-based participatory deployment. This is the rail that lets the work begin.
Stage 1 check size
$50K to $250K
Pathway 02
Kinship EarthRecoverable PRI
Foundation PRI desks
Foundation balance-sheet capital that returns over time. The recovery profile honors both the bioregion's pace and the foundation's reporting cadence. Capital recycles into the next bioregional activation rather than exiting the ecosystem.
Stage 1 check size
$100K to $500K
Pathway 03
Nalu'ea TrustNalu'ea Trust
Impact LPs and family offices
Patient regenerative investment held in trust with aligned governance. The Nalu'ea Living Trust is the on-ramp for capital that wants to move at the rhythm of a bioregion, not a fund cycle. Patient return, recoverable, never extractive.
Stage 1 check size
$250K and up
Pathway 04
NetworkScaffold Partnership
Network and co-builders
Infrastructure, network access, and co-production offered in place of capital. Aligned communities, festivals, media platforms, and bioregional networks weave into the protocol as scaffolding the bioregions can use. The contribution is craft, not cash.

The work
Read deeper before you choose.
The protocol, the lineage, the boundary, and the stewardship are each their own page. Each sits in patient prose. Read in any order. The four pathway doors are still here when you return.
The protocol
The five phases
Sense. See. Activate. Celebrate. Regenerate. The continuous loop the bioregions run, and the practices that carry each phase.

Where this came from
The threads woven into the protocol. Kinship Earth, Permatours, Indymedia, Auroville. The work did not begin here.
ReadThe boundary
Sovereignty
The boundary the platform holds. Communities are not the asset. Flow Fund governance stays with the bioregion.
ReadThe people
Stewardship
Eight stewards carrying the lineage. Nine circles organizing the practice. A federated body, not a hierarchy.
ReadTwo rails of capital
Catalytic and patient. Fiscally sponsored on both sides.
Charitable rail
Kinship Earth
The charitable rail. Catalytic Grant and Recoverable PRI flow through Kinship Earth, a 501(c)(3) with roughly $370,000 already deployed across 30+ bioregions since October 2024. Foundation grants and PRI agreements live here; the recovery profile is honest, the reporting cadence matches a program officer’s calendar.
Investment rail
Nalu’ea Trust
The investment rail. The Nalu’ea Living Trust holds patient regenerative capital with aligned governance. Co-stewarded by Josephine Watson and Jenny Heinze, designed as a living legal vessel for capital moving at the rhythm of a bioregion. The rail for impact LPs, family offices, and PRI capital that wants to settle in for the long horizon.
