The stewardship has named two pilots (Hudson Valley and Mexico City) and committed $160K for a third bioregion that will be named through discernment rather than selection. The page exists because the commitment exists. Pretending otherwise (a polished mock destination, an unnamed but vaguely promised geography, a marketing slot waiting for proof) would betray the practice the rest of this protocol asks of itself. The specificity arrives when the stewardship hears the right ground call. Until then, the slot stays held, in the open, with the honesty the work requires.
What comes after Origin
After Origin, here is how you keep going.
Origin is an external gathering convening people around regenerative practice, bioregional belonging, and the work of building what comes next. Planetary Party is not a partner of Origin and does not speak for it. The protocol offers something specific to participants leaving Origin ready to keep going: a federated infrastructure of bioregions, catalytic capital, stewardship circles, and a five-phase practice already in motion across the federation. The third bioregion may surface through an Origin participant who anchors the work in a place the protocol has not yet entered, or it may surface through one of the four active Kinship Earth relationships named below. The protocol holds the doorway open in both directions.

Pacific Northwest stewardship rooted in salmon and old-growth bioregions, in active relationship via Kinship Earth. The Cascadian federation pattern brings a mature regional governance lineage to draw from.

Rastafari Indigenous Village relief work following Hurricane Melissa in October 2025 deepened a Kinship Earth relationship already in motion. The Caribbean lineage practices the Protocol in a disaster-recovery frame.

The discernment timeline
Late 2026 or early 2027.
The third bioregion is most plausibly named in late 2026 or early 2027. The timing is informed by what Hudson Valley has learned through its first SENSE and SEE cycles and what Mexico City’s October 2026 entry surfaces. The federation is wise after it runs; the third pilot is the first one the federation names with two prior cycles behind it.

What stays true regardless
The structure is constant. The geography is what is discerned.
Four things are already true for the third bioregion before it has a name. A foundation officer underwriting the third $160K can rely on each of them.

Per-bioregion unit economics
The $160K Stage 1 allocation is identical across all three pilots. Sixty-three percent people work, sixteen percent Flow Fund seed, six percent storytelling, twelve percent governance setup and contingency, three percent reserve.

Flow Fund stewardship-circle architecture
Each bioregion's Flow Fund is governed by a community-elected stewardship circle. Capital deployed to the Flow Fund is decided by the local circle, ungated by Trust priority. Sovereignty made operational.

The sovereignty firewall
Bioregional communities hold final authority over what flows in and what does not. The same boundary that protects Hudson Valley and Mexico City protects the third bioregion before its name is known.
