Festival as assembly as action lab
The CELEBRATE phase, made visible.
Five frames
The lineage, the field test, the federation, the keynote, the live cycle.
The five frames are lineage made physical. Each carries one piece of the Protocol’s evidence base in the continuum that produced it: years of regenerative festival practice in the Northeast, a Caribbean disaster-response field test, six years of federated bioregional practice across Colombia, the keynote that named the pattern, and the first activation cycle held live. Footage from the Eslerh Oreste and Micelio Media archives is being prepared for publication on this page as each bioregion goes live and consent for each frame is cleared by the stewardship circle on the ground.

Frame 01
Permatours, Northeast
Turtle Island. Five-plus years.
Five-plus years of positive-trace regenerative festivals across Maine and the wider Northeast. Listening, ceremony, knowledge and resource sharing, project and relationship mapping woven together inside one continuous practice. This is the lineage every Planetary Party festival inherits and the practice the protocol carries forward.

Frame 02
Hurricane Melissa relief, Montego Bay
October 2025. Rastafari Indigenous Village.
Disaster relief, resiliency, and infrastructure rebuilding after Hurricane Melissa, woven in partnership with the sixteen-year Afro-Indigenous community preserving Rastafari culture, Ita foodways, and drum-making lineage at the Rastafari Indigenous Village. The frame surfaces the Protocol in its rawest form: where centralized response cannot reach, kinship is already at work.

Frame 03
Colombia Regenerativa
Six years. Twelve territories.
Six years of bioregional practice across twelve territories. Watershed restoration, regenerative agriculture, Indigenous governance, urban-rural reconnection held together inside one federated network. This is the Protocol pattern already running at the scale the catalytic horizon is asking after; the footage is evidence the federation is recoverable rather than aspirational.

Frame 04
The Gathering at Starseed Village, Guatemala
Syd Griffith's keynote.
Syd Griffith presents “The Planetary Party: Prototyping Regenerative Capital Flows, Bioregional Governance, and Systemic Transformation” at the Gathering. The keynote that names the Protocol publicly as a pattern rather than a product, and seats the catalytic frame inside the lineage of practitioners already gathered.

Frame 05
Hudson Valley activation, Spring 2026
Live now. Footage being captured.
The first node in the NE Bioregional Activation Series, woven in partnership with Bioregional Embassy. Live now; footage is being captured by the documentary team as the cycle moves through SENSE and SEE. This is the first activation the Protocol learns from in real time, and the frame updates when the cycle answers.
Footage to come
Eslerh Oreste, documentary lead.
Eslerh Oreste, Founder of Micelio Media, leads documentary capture across every activation. The practice weaves Indigenous wisdom with multimedia storytelling and ceremony; every frame is held to the consent posture the /sovereignty page reads in full, with stewardship-circle review before any external publication. The page updates as bioregions go live and footage is cleared for release.

The origins, and the bioregions where the work is held.
The origins page reads the Protocol’s emergence story in the voice that produced it. The bioregions page names the three pilots whose work will populate this reel as each cycle moves from SENSE through CELEBRATE. Read whichever serves the conversation you are ready to have next.
